The intellectual property of details mentioned above is exclusively protected by law. Without explicit permission from Dream Square, any attempt to download, reproduce, transfer, modify and edit information contained in the services mentioned above or creation of derived products is strictly prohibited, and violators will be prosecuted to the full extend of the law. Dream Square is entitled to the rights to all data (including but not limited to user accounts and information) generated in the service provisioning process and stored in game servers.

2. Privacy Policy

Dream Square respects users’ privacy. Unless otherwise specified in the user agreement, Dream Square will not provide or reveal user information and none-public data stored in the game servers to any third party and strives to protect confidential data for users. However, in the event of uncontrollable or malicious attacks, Dream Square shall not in any way be held responsible for legal consequences or liabilities incurred.

3. User Agreement and Disclaimer

The User Agreement and Disclaimer defines the scope of rights and obligations specified for all online games operated and developed by Dream Square Users need to read all clauses listed in the User Agreement and Disclaimer carefully, and once they click on “I agree” or use any related services, they agree to and accept all terms and conditions indicated in the User Agreement and Disclaimer. Dream Square reserves the right to update all clauses in the User Agreement and Disclaimer and modified clauses shall replace the outdated clauses immediately once they are published. Users may review the latest User Agreement and Disclaimer if they desire. Before starting any game operated by Dream Square, users should read the User Agreement and Disclaimer carefully, if they do not agree to any clause or relevant modification, they can choose to terminate all services provided by Dream Square in respect to the User Agreement and Disclaimer.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dream Square is not responsible for risks incurred as users browse its websites or use its online services. Dream Square does not guarantee that services will not be interrupted along with their efficiency, security and errors. Dream Square will not bear any legal responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to profit loss, service interruption, or data loss, occurring in the service provision process (to the extend permitted by existing law).
